This agreement governs the terms and conditions of electronic sales transactions between the Seller and the Buyer.



2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation to regulate the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer through https://shop-hkm.com.tr.

The Buyer acknowledges that the ordered products will be custom-made for them and that the order cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.



3. PRODUCT AND SERVICE DETAILS

The details of the products ordered by the Buyer, including type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit price, and payment method, are as follows:

5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS

• The order will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer via [Courier Company Name].

• The shipping fee is [Paid by Buyer / Free], and the Buyer agrees to pay the specified shipping cost.
• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events or the courier company.

• According to Article 15/1-b of the Distance Contracts Regulation, products manufactured based on the consumer’s specific requests and customized for the individual are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
• The Buyer acknowledges that they cannot cancel the order or exercise a right of withdrawal once the order is placed.
• The right of withdrawal applies only to defective or damaged products received during delivery, in which case the Buyer must notify the Seller within 3 business days from the delivery date.

• The Seller provides a legal warranty for the products offered for sale.
• The Seller is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events.
• Malfunctions caused by user error are not covered under warranty.

• In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts designated by the Ministry of Commerce shall have jurisdiction.
• The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence.

By confirming this agreement electronically, the Buyer accepts the terms of the agreement.
