1. Order Cancellation
As our products are custom-made upon order, cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed.
Once the production process begins, cancellation or modification requests will not be accepted.
By completing the payment process, the customer is deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
According to the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, custom-made products are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Since the ordered products are specifically produced for the customer or business, return requests will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
All products undergo quality control checks before shipping.
If a product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, the customer must report it in writing to info@hkm.com.tr within 3 business days of delivery.
For verified damages, customers will be offered either a replacement product or a repair option.
4. Warranty Conditions
Our products are covered by a 1 year warranty, and the warranty terms are provided with the [Warranty Certificate].
Damages caused by user error are not covered under the warranty.
5. Delivery Information
Orders placed with a credit card are processed immediately upon bank approval and enter the preparation phase without delay. The orders will be sent in 1-3 working days. If any delay occurs during the production or procurement of the products, you will be notified via the email address registered in our system.
Once prepared, your order is handed over to the shipping company as soon as possible and delivered based on your location. In areas where door-to-door delivery is not available, your package will be sent to the nearest branch of the courier service.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are added to the total order amount during checkout.
Incorrect Product Deliveries:
If you receive an incorrect product, you may return it using the same courier service that delivered it, along with the return/exchange form and the invoice. Once the returned item reaches us, the return or exchange process will begin.
Missing Items:
If the number of items in your package does not match the invoice, please ask the courier to issue an official report at the time of delivery and contact us immediately.
