Our Warranty Policy: Assurance Against Manufacturing Defects

The biggest hesitation for customers buying spare parts online is warranty. As HKM, we trust the quality of our products and offer warranty against all manufacturing defects.


1. What is Covered by Warranty?

  • Metallurgical Defects: Invisible hairline cracks or casting faults in the steel.
  • Heat Treatment Errors: The part being too soft or too hard compared to specs.
  • Dimensional Errors: Parts that do not meet original tolerances and cannot be assembled.

2. Return and Exchange Process

If you detect a problem with the part you purchased:

  1. Send us photos of the part and a damage report if available.
  2. Our technical team will review it within 24 hours.
  3. If the fault is ours, we ship a NEW PART immediately, no questions asked.

Note: User errors (running without oil, incorrect assembly, etc.) are not covered by warranty.




Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Is shipping damage covered by warranty?
A: If insurance was arranged by us (CIF), yes. For EXW or FOB shipments, liability lies with your carrier.


Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the part is defective (our fault), HKM covers all shipping costs. For voluntary returns or incorrect orders, shipping is paid by the buyer.
