After your order is confirmed, production begins. Because our products are industrial and high-decibel equipment, we work with freight carriers rather than standard parcel couriers.

Our operations team will contact you to share the production timeline, delivery window and delivery method. Considering regional and seasonal rates, the most suitable carrier is selected and the process proceeds with your approval.

For domestic shipments within Türkiye, after production is completed, typical delivery time is 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, your tracking/BOL number will be emailed to you.
