The QC02 model Quick Coupler is specially designed for mini excavators in the 1.5 to 2.5 ton class. With a body weight of 30 kg, it offers an excellent balance of durability and lightness. Its compact structure—400–430 mm in length, 250–280 mm in height, and 220–250 mm in width—makes it ideal for use in tight spaces. The pin diameter is 25–30 mm, while the pin center spacing is 165–170 mm, ensuring wide compatibility with many excavator arms. The coupler operates at a hydraulic pressure of 30–40 bar and requires an oil flow rate of 10–20 L/min, providing safe and efficient attachment transitions in the field.
